Album cover design

     Jack is a solo artist. However, he’s not only he singer in his song but also the drummer, guitarist, lyricist  and composer making him like 5 individual members of a band into one which is part of the story of the music video where he is going to be playing each member of the band wearing different clothes but it is going to be edited into making him look like he is part of the band. so by taking inspiration from other bands I’ve come up with a few ideas of album covers. 

Inhaler

This band is not only similar sounding but also similar in branding styles. The biggest difference is that they are a band and not a solo artist but nonetheless their album cover is a great inspiration!

Now the coloring would be different and maybe the font of the cover as well but the vintage portion of the style is there and you can also clearly see each band member making them more approachable or familiar to the audience.

Queen’s branding is a little different to what I am going for with Jack but the cover is still a fantastic inspiration:

I love the idea of the 4 boxes with different colors and each of them being a different band member. Since Jack is a solo artist I would do this but instead of having them be band members it would all be him dressed a little differently and posing differently. 

This is one of the ideas so far I think I’m going to stick with this one even though I might keep researching.
